There are more than 300
Chinese billionaires
According to the Huran report
which follows China’s wealthy, the number of Chinese people worth at least US$1
billion this year has reached 315, which is 64 more than last year. According
to the report there were none ten years ago. The report also noted that
the top five richest in China saw their wealth double this year, and that one
in four of the people on the Hurun Rich List made their money from real estate.
Wang Jianlin was ranked No. 1 for the first time on Hurun's annual list of
Chinese tycoons.
Let’s
hope being on the Huran report doesn’t negatively affect the people on the
list.
China,
the world’s 2nd largest economy, continues to be the most important market
for companies looking for growth and Chinese companies continue to globalize by
investing and selling their products in new markets; what is your company’s
strategy for engaging China?
